We at The Ministry Group have a desire to help churches and people identify and fulfill their mission for which God created them.   Our online Ministry Assessment Test includes a personality test, a spiritual gift test, a leadership style test, and skills tracking for everyone.  We want to help candidates, churches, staff, and search committees understand their "Divine Design” for their lives and for the life of their ministry.  

Only churches and search committees that are currently working with The Ministry Group have access to the reports that help match quality ministerial candidates and churches.  Ministry leaders receive access to these reports, empowering them to mobilize the right people, with the right personality temperament, leadership style, skills and spiritual gifts, for service in their congregation.
